Description/Abstract:: 1842 printing of the 1841 copyrighted text. The author is credited with a Master of Arts and as Teach of the High School in Cambridge, Mass. The preface explains the text is mostly influenced by Murray's Grammar. It uses a clear and systematic order of parsing and explains its principles in simple language to make them understood by students. The Schultz Archive's copy includes preface, first and final chapters.
