Habitat: Sandstone gorges and ravines with hemlock/hardwood coves, upland hardwood stands, floodplains,pine stands; associated with oak, maple, hemlock, tulip poplar, pine; Rock Type=sandstone, sandstone conglomerate.; trunk of hardwood, mixed hardwoods, upland woods, upper end. Locality: Sheick Hollow State Nature Preserve, paralleling Hockman Rd.(Twp. Rd. 238) between Gibisonville & Conkle's Hollow State Nature Preserve,off OH 374.
