This poster was created for the PRaISE conference and describes in detail a case of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) progressing into Blast crisis in the emergency room. The patient diagnosis is described by the methods used, CBC and differential data, pathology of CML transitioning into blast crisis and a granulocytic sarcoma, emergency and standard treatment, and statistics on this type of cancer.
Himerometra robustipinna, dark red crinoids, with H. magnipinna, banded whitish and dark colored arms and pinnules, Anneissia bennetti, Comaster audax at lower center, and other species. I called this dense aggregation "The Cathedral". At least 14 spp were counted here on one daytime dive.
