Habitat: Narrow sandstone box canyon, with floodplain, upland woods, hemlock/hardwood coves; associated with maple, hemlock, oak, tulip poplar; Rock Type = sandstone, sandstone conglomerate Species habitat: on vert, sandstone cliff face, mid-terrace, W. slope.

Locality: Conkle's Hollow State Nature Preserve, Big Pine Rd., E of Oh 374, between Oh 678 & 664, Hocking Hills State Park region. Bloomingville Quad.
